200MW! CNTSUN's Qinghai Urt moron pv project contributes to Qinghai's clean energy and ecological civilization construction

    In Urt moron Township, Golmud City, Qinghai Province,  Qinghai Wutumeren 200MW pv project is providing new ideas for green and efficient power generation and saline alkali land treatment with its innovative sand-controlling mode. This project not only marks an important step forward in the regional power generation, but also serves as a model for combining green and efficient  power generation with ecological governance, reflecting the deep integration of the photovoltaic industry and ecological economy.


    This project adopts the model of CNTSUN’s Skyland-Ground Mounting System and Independent Horizontal Single-axis Tracker, which not only fully utilizes the abundant sunlight and desertification land resources in Qinghai Province, but also markedly reduces the construction cost of the tracking system power station. Engineered with the design of "Adjustable periphery, central tracking  + power generation on panels, land restoration under panels, and planting between panels", which not only achieves the goal of reducing costs, maximizing sunlight absorption, and realizing high-efficiency power generation, but also lowers surface temperature by reducing water evaporation, benefiting the vegetation growth. Cultivating salt-tolerant plants under solar mounting panels is also beneficial for improving soil structure, achieving comprehensive land utilization and ecological restoration for sand prevention and control.

    CNTSUN’s Skyland-Ground Mounting System is suitable for large-scale ground PV power stations. With adjustable angle from 5 ° to 60 °, it contains greater solar energy conversion efficiency. Featuring with low-failure rate, adjustable angle, strong adaptability, and independent operation, the solar mounting system is simple, easy to install, and reliable. The solar mounting adopted a modular design and multi-point linkage drive mechanism for linear actuators. The push rod has a self-locking function, featuring with adjustable angles and stability as same as the fixed solar mounting system.


    It can notably improve the damping ratio, reduce wind vibration, and greatly enhance the wind resistance performance of the structure. The angle of the solar mounting system can be precisely controlled, meeting the optimal angle requirements (accuracy ± 1 °).


      Angle-adjustment is easy and fast, both manual and electric. With the help of quick adjustment tools, one person can adjust 10MW in one day. The system structure is mainly made of high-strength steel such as hot-dip galvanized and galvanized aluminum magnesium.There is no need for mechanical installation. The basic requirements are the same as those of fixed solar mounting systems, which can achieve large-span layout, reduce the number of pilings and foundations, and have high adaptability to different terrains and environments.

    The photoelectric conversion efficiency is increased by 8% -10% when it is compared with fixed solar mountings. The Skyland-Ground Mounting System is widely used in grassland, desert, Gobi desert, and mountainous areas, especially in high-altitude flat areas,the effect is better. The system achieves seasonal angle adjustment from 5°to 60°through maintenance-free damping push rods, realizing efficient power generation, convenient adjustment, saving operation and maintenance costs, significantly improving the utilization rate of the site, and reducing the comprehensive construction and operation costs of the project.


    CNTSUN 200MW photovoltaic power generation project is an example of the integration of the photovoltaic industry and ecological economy.
