Recently, the Chairman and General Manager of CNTSUN, Chen Junyu, along with Deputy General Manager Geng Dewan and others, flew to Jiayuguan City, an important location in the northwest of Gansu Province, to visit the wind power equipment manufacturing industry, photovoltaic equipment manufacturing industry, and aluminum-magnesium-zinc production line of Western Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. of Jiuquan Iron & Steel Group. The General Manager of Western Heavy Industry, Li Cun, together with Yan Ming, General Manager of Yumen Tiancheng Wind Power, and Deputy General Manager Wang Huihang, warmly received them.
Chairman Chen Junyu said that the northwest region is vast with abundant wind and solar resources. Located at the strategically important Jiayuguan Pass, Western Heavy Industry has unique advantages for new energy development, especially with its high-quality aluminum-magnesium-zinc products representing top-tier quality standards. CNTSUN considers the northwest as a strategic key area with multiple projects already underway; thus, there is huge potential for cooperation between both parties.
General Manager Li Cun expressed admiration for the rapid development of the excellent enterprises from central China in recent years and showed agreement with CNTSUN's business and management philosophy, willing to strengthen cooperation in various fields, mutually benefiting each other, and making active contributions to the development of national new energy.
"In the face of challenges like iron gates, we must stride forward with determination. The first half of the new energy wave has passed, and what remains is the test of long-term vision and cooperative pattern," said Chen Junyu.
During a dinner reception at the Jiuquan Iron & Steel Group hotel, the delegation from CNTSUN tasted locally produced fine wines. They spent a genuinely harmonious time together, bringing both sides closer for future collaborations.
It is reported that CNTSUN established a branch in Xi'an early on, focusing on the market areas of the five northwestern provinces. After long-term market layout and deep cultivation, it has had a good start this year. Currently, in the Xinjiang region alone, the company has won bids, signed contracts, and pre-signed agreements for projects totaling nearly 3GW.
